Growing company is in search of a Commercial Construction Estimator with the following qualifications:
Must have at least 5 years experience in estimating 4 million dollar & up projects
Must be able to take off all phases of construction
Must be able to negotiate the buy outs of labor and material
Must be able to prepare all P.O. `s in accord with labor and product requirements
Must understand V.E. and able to present suggestions upon request
Must be able to read, write and have excellent grammar skills
Must be intimate with excel and present thier present experience with other estimating and scheduling programs
Must be intimate with Quickbooks and microsoft applications
Location: BAY RIDGE
Compensation: 50+ commensurate with experience
